This individual is responsible for supporting assigned account manager(s) business objectives on a daily, weekly and quarterly basis. This associate supports the account manager in completing various tasks to provide our solutions to the client in a timely manner.
- Serve as support contact for all account management matters for assigned account manager(s)
- Responsible for accurate completion of various spreadsheets and documents (NIS, item updates, etc.)
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
