This individual is responsible for being the primary point of contact for clients, retailers and internal teams alike for an entire portfolio of client accounts. This associate is accountable for the overarching account strategy in support of the company’s financial objectives. This associate provides creative solutions and outstanding customer service on a day-to-day business.

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters
  • Responsible for keeping clients satisfied and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Build and maintain and strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Negotiate agreements and terms to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted adviser relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external teams
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to increase sales
